No clue why I haven't lost any more. Admittedly I haven't been as strict with the diet, but I've been walking 2 miles a day pretty consistently and I thought that would cover it. Recently I've been eating a few more desserts like ice cream - totally out of character - so I'll have to stop that apparently. My body is probably enjoying stabilizing a bit after having lost so much. I still want another 10 - 20 lbs off before I'll be ready to level off though.
