well i guess i'm not gaining weight which has been in the back of my mind. I don't feel controlled tho in what i am eating, so i'm gonna try to get things back on track. granted, as i have already been whining about, these next couple weeks will be hard, but its okay, i'm still determined, so its all good. I'll cut calories where i can and try to get some exercise in there, even if its just a walk here or there :)
136.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Not gaining is good and walking here and there is a great idea. Keep it up.

i walked a mile a day every day with my family, no hills lol, and i lost 5 lbs a week and i was pregnant! you can do it! walking is the best!!

I totally hear ya!! I will try the pickles for my salt/crunch urge. The thing is...I usually crave sweets but lately I haven't at all and its just those darn peanuts that I'm grabbing! lol I think it is the hormones!! We can def do this....let's get back on track these next 2 weeks!! =)

I agree with yogamama, a little walking can go a looong way. Keep going jessicka, you are doing a great job so far!

At least you know that you won't have any problems maintaining your weight once you get there. Which lets you know that you've picked a reasonable goal. YOu're doing very well and have lost consistently, you'll get tehre in no time.

a quick burn of calories is cardio. if you are able to, i had a personal trainer that kept me on track. I can't afford it right now, thats why no exercise with him. Remember always look at those calories, and buy those w.watcher/s.beach meals if you feel you are in a hurry and can't cook something for no excuses.
