.38 lost - Shoot! Couldn't get to the 160's! That always happens. Well, not surprising. Working from home at a desk job! Sometimes I feel trapped, having to spend those 7 hours a day sitting down and barely moving. Working from home doesn't afford you the calorie expenditures of walking to the bus, the runaround of getting ready in the morning, etc. But I wouldn't change it for the world...lol. Not much exercise in my week either. And a high carb (good carb) week.

I want to make some Mulligatawany soup today! But I have a lot of of desk work to do.

Well, whatever! I'll do better starting now!

Have a great week everyone!

That beats a "blank". Congrats on your loss. As far as being house bound, you have to make yourself walk (lunch hour), take a break and walk 20 minutes in one direction and walk back. Do you wear a pedometer? You will be surprised at the exercise you would be getting in if you did that at least 3x a week. If you really want to go for it, 5x a week and take the weekend off. But all in all, you are doing great. I am proud of my buddy.

Man, I so empathize with this… ALL of it. When you're so close to that lower lb decade you just want to be there NOW. Good job on what you DID do this week! Digits crossed that next week brings you even a bit closer ;-) I hear ya too on the challenges of getting in physical activity when you're working from home. Like you, I wouldn't change it for anything. I'd gotten into some less that optimal routines though. I'm working on improvement…but it's a process ;-) When you talk about 7 hours - do you do 7 straight or is it 7 spread out thru the day with breaks for doing various things in the house that aren't work-related?

Do you have an electric crockpot or an electric slow cooker? Put everything in and turn it on. :)
