Hello and Happy Saturday FS!

No downward movement on the scale this morning. Struggling a bit with my tendonitis but plan to walk before the rain arrives this afternoon. I’ve lucked out and have been able to walk before or after the rain. Yesterday I walked 14,466 steps, 5.8 miles and closed 2 rings. Still haven’t checked that out.

I bathed Lacy, Morkie, yesterday while hubby went to the store for Salmon. Before dinner, hubby said, the Salmon didn’t look good so I got pizza. Yum-o but seriously ??? … But, I ate it.

142.3 lb Lost so far: 49.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
