2032 kcal Fat: 85.48g | Prot: 103.57g | Carb: 193.70g.   Breakfast: weetabix, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Organic Flax Plus Multibran Cereal. Lunch: italian, mixed greens, sourdough bread, brie, Stewed Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Beer, lettuce, Penne with Sausage & Peppers. Snacks/Other: fudge pop, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, Real Italian Ice. more...
