Fudge, part of this is new scales I purpusefully didn't weigh in when I got them as they were 4kgs heavy on the gym ones but to be real it is mostly the come hither attitude to buttered toast, pasta meals and my fondness for red wine and dark chocolate late at night. Well I have a better attitude and am feeling mentally fitter than I have in years, have started using the interval training programes on the gym equipment last week, and swimming today to give my poor joints a rest. I have 5 months before my next check up I CAN DO THIS!
270.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
