Had some cashews last night before bed. They seem to help with the weight loss a little. Biggest problem is craving desserts. I will make some Pineapple Fluff today only 136 calories.
130.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

chocolate protein shake, or tea with stevia help with my sweet tooth

Thanks, I drink tea all the time but only black. Never have tried a protein shake. I don't eat much of anything that I consider package food from the store. Everything is made from scratch. Don't go for all these powdered things you can buy. To old to change my ways now. But each to their own. It it works don't fix it.

A square of good quality dark chocolate is also a good choice. It keeps me from binging on crappy chocolate most days!
