I'm going to put my head down and really try to turn my weight around, I don't have much else to say right now.

I've been eating more healthy recently, an apple and banana a day and have been trying to drink enough water a day. I've also started regularly using moisturiser and sunscreen 😅👍

Hoping for a better result soon
165.3 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
