You got this!! Sometimes the scale lies to us. Who knows what could be slowing you down. Stuff in bowel during weigh in, water weight, muscle tissue weight, etc. Slow progress is still progress!! Just think, you are ahead of the person sitting on the couch eating oreos all day!

I’ve learned the slow progress is what sticks! Good job 👏

Haha thanks I know the process works I've done it before this time is just Alot slower but I'm glad the scale is still moving I'm not giving up going to keep up my workouts everyday and try more protein this week less fat and carbs and see if that helps thanks for the support I needed it today!

Keep at it. Took ya 9 months to put it on, give yourself at least 9 months to lose it. It worked for me each time but you need to always focus on the goal as you know.

Yes! Definitely be patient and don't be afraid to "troubleshoot". I try different scenarios on my own body all the time!! Ex: High fat, low carb. Or high protein, medium carb, or intermittent fasting, etc. etc. Everyone is different, and sometimes you can do your own methods. I know it takes longer but at least you grow more intelligent with the relationship of you and your body! At the end of the day, you birthed a darn baby!! That alone is impressive!
