Did 50 crunches, 13 squats with 2lb weight exercises, 80 toe raises, 120 air jump ropes, and various arm exercises with the 2lb weights. Scale hasn't gone down but my belly is smaller an my legs and butt and looking a bit more toned.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
