I went to a big 30 year's birthday yesterday. Many good people, lots of fun and SO MUCH GOOD FOOD!
I decided to pack my phone with my FatSecret app away and just enjoy the day. it's so rare that I do this, and I enjoyed it to the fullest. Afterwards, I recorded my intake to the best of my abilities, so I have it for reference.
Yes, I gained weight today. No, I don't care. I am back on track, typing this while eating a vegetarian omelet.
Life is good! :)
251.1 lb Lost so far: 90.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
