I'm back FatSecret family! I gained 5.5lbs of "beerweight" this last week. I went camping for a week and had about 4 cheat meals. Then I washed it all down with about 10+ beers a day...(albeit Miller Lites rather than Budweisers...)

Time to get back on track.

Worked shoulders with Big Jay. First day back in the gym since before the camping trip. It felt great to get in there.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press:

100lbs x 15
110lbs x 15
120lbs x 10
195.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
