Just celebrated my little brother's birthday yesterday, it was a special occasion so I overate but before that I was getting back into it.

I've been feeling better mentally this past week and I really feel like I can make some progress now :)

I did a lot of my house chores, there's no plates in the sink, I've washed a lot of my clothes, I've cleaned all of my apartment except my bedroom which I'm going to do today and tomorrow.

I really feel like picking myself up now so I think I'm going to make some progress soon!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi trytry, thank you for your support! I'm currently trying to get into the habit of cleaning my dishes as soon as I'm finished eating so that my dishes don't end up piling up again 😁

Hi Heather, yes doing my chores has made me feel better :) I'm going to try to remember this feeling so that instead of stressing about my chores I'm excited instead since I know it will make me feel accomplished 😊

Hi hekmat Jawad, thank you I agree with what you've said 😁👍 While I'm sad to have overeaten, I don't regret the day because it was very fun. Now I just need to put in the work to burn off those extra calories I had on that day :)
