Very surprised by the number on the scale. I had a very tough weekend. First let me start by saying TOM came. It would have been a tough weekend anyway so it was just made even worse by the fact that my hormones were a little crazy. I would feel bad eat bad and then feel worse about myself. It was very tough but now that my hormones are going back to normal I really want to get back on track. I went for a short run this morning and I have lots of cleaning to do today. I just need to keep reminding myself that I feel good when I run and eat healthy foods and I just feel bad when I sit around and eat junk. I really want to feel good about myself and I just need to keep reminding myself that when I want to eat an ice cream cone. I bought lots of fresh fruits this weekend so I can have some nice healthy sweet treats. I just really need to work hard on staying focused.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
