I am so excited to share my 2-pound loss which is an overall 8-pound loss since the beginning of this new journey. Just as they said I would, I lost the 2 pounds by sticking to my roughly 1200 calorie limit which sometimes was hard even to meet and I'd have to force myself to eat more. I am also exercising at the gym, after all, I don't want to be thin and flabby and this last week, I've been engaged in the Dance Challenge. It is paying off! Hope everyone is ready for this new week of renewed health.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
