Fasting blood sugar 158; weight 168
Have to buy new scales. Changed the batteries and it is still giving me a choice ranging from 160 - 172. I chose the one I thought was closest to accurate this morning and where it actually stopped.
Waiting on this weeks cold spell to be over before I set out my cole crop plants.It is supposed to bring rain and my garden really needs it before I plant anything more.
I checked all the trees for budding yesterday. We have one peach tree that is showing some pink tipped buds.It always blooms a few weeks before the others., so I think it is about time to hatch the Mason bees.
Will start my arm exercises again today.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
