Another week down... it is soo much more fun putting the weight on than losing it!!!!!! But, I must admit that I REALLY love this app. It makes it soo easy to know where you stand with what you put into your body. And more importantly what it takes to take it off!!! Thereby really making one think about that snack or drink.. Do I really need it or do I just want it...
207.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I totally agree!! It was very eye-opening to see the caloric intake of even th "healthy" foods.

Wow, tonights ride was hard.. Sinde Feb 8th Monday through Friday I do 3 miles on the treadmill and then try to ride a couple of night during the week with differen groups. Sat and sunday are the bigger group rides in the morning.. Anyway exercising while on a caloric deficit sucks!!!! No energy, muscle hurt the whole time... However, watching the scale move to the left is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait until June when I hit my forst goal. Then I can quit the running and get to cycling full while absorbing only a 500ish deficit in stead of this 1500 daily Im on now... I am on the verge of going catabolic at time I think.
