I have been athletic my entire life. However, I have been "heavy" my entire life as well. I raced downhill skiing, played collegiate tennis. My passion is competitive cycling. I am the KING of riding Fat!! I have had varying amounts of success all limited by my extra weight.

I have never been "skinny" the lowest my body fat has ever been was 9% (@178). When I started Fat secret I was 226 uggghhhhhh. Currently it is about 18-20%. (Impedance measured on my home scale). I have decided that I really want to change my life and my future with respect to my body.

I have been around Olympic and Professional athletes. I have watched learned but never applied the things that I have learned to myself. My first goal is to get to 190 by June 1st. Then slow down the loss and hit 180 by the end of July.

I am going to change my body for the better, and forever! I will listen and support anyone and everyone.

Thanks for being a part of the fight to be healthy.
Da KING

No Time like the Present to Get IT Back!!!!
12 months ago today my mom took her last breaths and her pain was gone. That day was made more difficult in that Presley had passed a few months prior and Mom did not know. She was unaware because of her dementia. We could not tell her and allow her to ruminate.

I so wanted to talk to her about Presley’s medical condition while Presto fought. I also hoped to ask her questions about how to accept the loss of a child. You see, David and I watched her deal and grieve for years over the loss of our younger brother and sister Aaron and Shannon when we were kids.

I longed to tell her about how strong Presley was in fighting her illness. It was inspiring. I hoped to tell her how much Presley was like her. How much of Presley’s strength came from her. How much of my strength comes from her.

Mom, I longed to hear her your reassuring words and wisdom from DOING and BEING. You always had words that were soothing even if they stung.

My only comfort is that I know you are not in pain any more and your babies were waiting for you. Please kiss Presley, Aaron, Shannon, and Dad for us.

RIP because you are Loved, Remembered, and Revered.
