Hello and Happy Sunday FS!

Down a tad! 💃🌞

A visit from mt granddaughter and son! 💞💙 We read and played and danced some. And watched a little Sesame Street. She loves Elmo.

My SIL is feeling so much better and my brother is still feeling great too. 🤞🏻 Hasn’t tested again but will I’m sure.

I hope you hav3 had a fabulous, sunshiny day FS! 💃🌞
142.3 lb Lost so far: 49.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
