I've been slacking really bad on the diet AND the exercise this week. I've GOT to get back in gear so that I can at least get down to 180. I'm aiming for 160, but 180 is more realistic.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
