Felt super hungry yesterday and almost wiped out by the yard work. Cleaning the house was hard after that but I know that any exercise is better than none. I watched a presentation by Sunrider from yesterday and it honestly was hard because it was from 1998 and difficult to view. The point came across super hard though. In my last few days of being on here I have battled with sugar. I ate some almost every day. I saw that sugar destroys the body. I also saw that the cravings from sugar eventually end. Soooo, with that being said today will be my first day not eating sugar. I would say wish me luck, but being that I don't believe in luck, wish me Jesus. I am sure happy to lose another pound and blessed to have accountability on here. Enjoy your day.
