What the heck man!?! Why am I gaining? I'm trying to do some calculations cause I think TOM might have something to do with it. That ticks me off. I'll have to figure it out though because its depressing that this happens to me every month. I was on course for this challenge and if I don't start trending back down I'm not going to make my goal of 10 lbs for the month. I hate this part of the journey.

How many calories am I consuming in a day?
How many fat grams, and does it matter if I'm keeping my carbs low?
How many glasses of water?
Am I exercising 30 min a day?
How is my fiber intake? Consistently at 30 grams?
Is my sugar to carb ratio spot on the way Jorge said it should be?
226.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens to lots of us every month. I can gain 5 or more pounds every month in water. I just try to stay away from the scale during that time. You know it will go away, so dont let it upset you too much.
