This past week has been the absolute worst in my life. It's hard to focus on yourself in the wake of family tragedy. I haven't been weighing, fasting, counting, or recording. Overall, my diet hasn't been terrible, with the exception of pizza one night. I have had very little sleep, and my stress level has been through the roof. I'm feeling pretty numb, and so I feel completely apathetic about this gain.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with so much <3 There's nothing wrong with taking a mental break from this to handle whatever else is going on in your life, because your health is more than just your weight.

Life happens. Don’t kick yourself. If you can, concentrate on not gaining and just hit the paise button on trying to loose. So sorry for your troubles. These are tough times.

Every day is a new beginning I just saw the nutrition calculator for Blaze Pizza it can help when you get that craving I used it to calculate a 1/2 pizza at 250 calories

Thanks, y'all. I'm figuring things out one day at a time. I really appreciate your advice. I hadn't weighed myself in days, and some of the gain must have been water because it's significantly lower today.

There is this saying that is so true: "This too shall pass." I hope you find something to focus on that will allow you mind and heart to go past the trauma. Sometimes it is so difficult but we were built to move on somehow. God bless.
