This week was difficult, especially since it started out in the hospital with a dear friend. It's hard to do crunches on the waiting room floor, or get all of your fruits/veggies in when your food choices are so limited. But the rest of the week I measured, counted, and recorded everything that I did or ate, so I think I'm back on track. I'm headed back to the hospital tonight, and it's my goal to take the stairs all the way up at least once (she's staying on the 8th floor). Heck, that should count towards about 20 mins of my 30 mins of exercise LOL And anytime I go to the lobby I'll be taking the stairs - that's a given.
