Make sure you journal more and share your experience, that's the best way to get support. And if you need an extra boost of support get more buddies. I wish you success on your journey. Anytime you think of doing something unhealthy remember that feeling you had this week. You are important and so is your quality of life. It's up to you and you can do this!

I had to hit rock bottom before I got "real" about what my weight was doing to me. You can do it, most of the work is done in your head. You have to be ready to do the work....this group is a great support

Looks as if you're doing a pretty good job documenting your food. Take the time to go over what you've eaten in the past few weeks and see if there are things you can eliminate or replace. Greek yogurt replacing ice cream, etc. Got questions? Ask. We've all pretty much been where you are. I think I was heavier then you. So, it can be done. Good luck.
