I weigh myself most mornings right after I get up and after using the bathroom. This might underestimate a little but I figure it's best for consistency. I may report every day for a while, just to get some momentum going, but the plan is that once I've established the habit, to report every week. That way I'll hopefully be capturing trends rather than daily fluctuations.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
