I have not been doing well with keeping myself motivated to exercise or eat right. Today I chose to live. I will hold myself accountable for the decisions I make in regards to food and exercise. My weight is not my challenge, my self control and discipline is my challenge. I MUST REFRAIN FROM MAKING EXCUSES!!! Excuses are nothing more than lies I'm trying to convince myself are truths.
