I haven't lost anything since last week!
This is TERRIBLE!!!
I look so fat in the mirror and I hate it. Last night (or early this morning) I did another small binge, so no food until tomorrow night should make me feel just a little better.

先週から何にも減ってない!
酷すぎる最悪!!!
鏡で見ても分かるけど凄く太ったし見てて気分悪い。昨日の夜(明朝?)結局小過食したから明日の晩までは何も食べないでいよう。
87.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
