I joined Fatsecret more than a year ago, and finally noticed that I don't have a bio. So I decided to make one now.

Like many teenagers these days, I was never satisfied with my own body, ending up with developing so called Eating Disorder. My weight has been up and down a lot (as you can see on the full weight history), and now I'm back to obsessively tracking my calorie intake, exercise and weight every day.
I don't seek help, but having comments on my random journals make me cheer up. And also please feel free to send me a Buddy request.

For all of you who are trying to lose/gain/maintain weight and/or have healthier diet, I wish the best and good luck to you all!

Burning fat
If you check my food yesterday you might notice that I had a binge, but that's going to be the last because I'm moving out of home stay and start living with my mom (not saying that my home stay was careless). Tim's donuts are absolutely too sweet! I should have bought muffins instead (; n ; )

Some of my friends already know about my issue, but I don't really want to tell my mom or anyone else about it, and the school counsellor (it's not their fault) is absolutely useless (I didn't even know that they existed until it came up in one of the conversations with my friends at school). I'll definitely keep in touch with you and this community. It's strange how my mind works, because yesterday, I was like "OMG! I did it again.. But hey, why don't I just simply do not record my binge food today?". But when I got home, I was already on computer putting every detail of my intake and exercise as usual. (I'll probably be good at working in laboratory or something Razz)

I'm pretty short. My height is 158cm or a bit higher (I haven't measured it properly for at least 3 years). So, my BMI is around 18, I guess.

I just raised my RDI to 800 from 750. Can't manage to see the number jump up so high at once, so I'll do my best to bring it up little by little.

I just learned something new!
So, if I did strength training one day, the next day will be a slow stretching and relaxing day for my muscle, right?

Ok, bed time.. I will read any additional posts tomorrow or the day after. Thank you so much kingkeld!

What exactly can I do to build muscle? Should I try push ups and sit ups everyday before I go to bed or something?

I'll try to find my body fat percentage. Thank you for the details, it helps me a lot.

I know that I shouldn't be eating this little, but my anorexic thoughts just keeps me away from eating.. I'm thinking that if I start exercising a bit more on daily basis, I will allow myself to eat more.
