Lousy few weeks. Don't have any motivation lately & tired all the time!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

LOSING WEIGHT IS ALL IN THE MIND. IF YOU RELLY WANT IT YOU'LL DO IT ! IF YOU NEED A BREAK TAKE A BREAK BUT JUST A DAY OR 2 NOT A WEEK OR 2, THEN GO RIGHT BACK TO IT. DESIRE TO REACH YOUR GOAL WILL GET YOU THERE
