Epic fail and it has only been what one day. I took my medicine a little later than normal last night, so of course I was up late watching Blacklist. Was still kind of hungry so I ate 2 baby pickles, 1 handful of chip crumbs, and several pieces of cantaloupe chunks. Today will be a success I just know it.

The pickles and cantaloupe combined probably have less than 30-40 calories. I don't know about the "chip crumbs" but I wouldn't sweat it. Even 100 calories is a perfectly acceptable snack. It beats my typical binge while watching TV so I'd consider it a very minor slip and don't look back. Keep on going!

Pickles and chips? Maybe your body was really craving salt (unless you were just grazing what was available). Go read up on what deficiency that might alert. Could be something simple that you can pick up in your daily diet and forego the mini-binge.

Yeah, I would say that was totally acceptable. I've had days where I ate off schedule and at 10 pm I ate a breakfast sausage or something like that. Sometimes you just gotta do it. It's better than waking up in the morning feeling like total garbage because of how low your blood sugar is.

I have a really BAD eating habit, after a great breakfast and lunch, I will then go home and eat chip and sourcream (my downfall). What can change that....?

Thank you both however, this like an everyother night thing...maybe I should stop buying the sourcream and the chips..but if it wasnt that it would be something different, I love to eat. I went to Regional Park last night also and did the 3.2 miles around the park walk/run-jog..it was so HOT...but I finished it. YEA Me...

Great job Debbie, I guess why I call it an epic fail is because I joined the challenge Nothing to eat after 7pm. Thank you everybody for your support. Oh I almost forgot to tell you, I went to the gym today (really not wanting to) got on the Treadmill for and hour and walked over 2 miles. That is an accomplishment in its self. My foot has a habit of falling asleep and feeling hard as a rock after a few minutes of walking but I kept going. I think my artery has a blockage of some sort.

That's not an epic fail. Not even a full step backward. Plus it was one day you said. It takes time. You are doing great!

It's the sum of all days that counts, not one specific day ;) Be positive, and never give up and you will inevitably reach your goal! :)

I don't eat dinner most nights until 10pm. Im at the gym every night until at least 9 and after shower and drive home, its usually that time until I eat. And, then yep, I go to bed. and, I have done incredible. I have heard good and bad. I personally believe that the only part of your body that knows what time you are eating is your brain. Calories in and calories out, that is all that matters.
