So I haven't been getting in as much exercise as I would like to be, so I have been really focusing on making sure I'm sticking to my points. I'm getting ready for Joey's party by planning my recipes for food. i told everyone not to bring anything. This way i can control what food will be available to me and I will be aware of my points. I can't wait for the cake. I will have just a small piece and slowly savour it. Thinking of that cake is really making me want to stick to my points so I will have all my weekly allowance points available for Sunday. Even though I haven't been able to exercise I am still gradually losing a little weight, no spikes yet so I will just keep on doing what I'm doing.
