Today I started a 3-day challenge of eating food from MyFitFoods Location in TX. I am planning to eat ONLY MFF provided meals for the duration of the 3 days for all meals except dinner, which will be a homemade salad or steamed veggies. That's IT!! Next weigh in is on Thursday!
