Ive had two weeks off on holiday with my family and a good English friend who I hadnt seen in 7 years! Needless to say, ate and drank way too much, plus lounged by the beach and pool for days! Now back at work and need to get my body healthy again....im not on a diet, but certainly ill renew my gym membership, make it to the gym a few times a week, eat sensibly and cut off the alcohol. Determined to get healthy again, and losing the belly can be a plus!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feeling better! Renewed my gym membership and did and hour of spinning...Ive been doing good with food today...shall keep it up!
