I have a cold, last night was sunday and thats dessert night at casa Lynfield two bowls of sugary poison, the better I eat during the week the more I regret Sunday nights. Next sunday I will make protein powder mousse with berries. Have had no wine for over a week, horay for small victories, looking foward to a week of high protein low carb, clean eating good times xx
265.4 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
