I was bad yesterday so this is surprising 😅
235.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't beat yourself up!!!! Start everyday with a smile and tell yourself I can do this !!! I repeat this a lot on my sad days. It does help!!

I am often surprised at that same thing - it almost seems that "sometimes" a bit more causes a body weight loss. It is all good...good for you.

Many times my body goes into conservation mode. It takes a day or two of higher calories to break thru to the loss.
