Official weigh-in day has treated me well.
I did my first 24 hour fast yesterday so that probably helped but I broke it with tons of broccoli, some asparagus and a nice piece of chicken.
I guess it also helps that the bodily functions are 100% lol.
Onwards and upwards.
It's a long way to go and I get so angry when I think back to 2014 and I was at the end of that journey only to let it all slip again.
After many false starts in between, that's not going to happen again.
