Okay, I'm going to try to have a fresh start starting today.

I've spent about 2 years on this app now, and during that time I've lost about 13 kg :)
Recently I'd been feeling down a lot looking at my weight ballooning but I've just tried to remind myself of how far I've come.

We had a party on saturday 2 days ago, I'm going to use that as a stopping point and now get back to losing weight. No more off days for a while!

I'm just trying to remind myself why I wanted to lose weight in the first place to keep myself motivated.
I want to feel more confident, healthy, have less back pain, feel more energetic and feel better about my body image.

Good luck to everyone else also sculpting their body, I hope we all make something we're proud of :)
159.8 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
