Really happy with progress, just need to work on sleep and going to the Gym. Right now I am mostly walking at home and during my work breaks. I have run out of my accucheck fastclix lancets so no Ketone reading today.
326.1 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 134.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
