Another small gain sadly, I've been trying but not hard enough I guess.

Not much to say right now, I'm just going to focus on losing weight and when I lose some then I'll look at what helped me.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
