I might have had a little too much ice cream last night, but I made sure to track it. I even squeezed in an exercise DVD while Jesse fed Joey breakfast yesterday. It will not be repeated; the instructor was really annoying. Thank god for netflix instant and all the options I have. I'm getting ready to plan my meals for the day and head out for my run. I hope I can keep up the good work today!
