just been taking my time on this weight loss journey no cheating and still feeling good my weight loss has slowed down but im still super excited about this...everyone keep up the good work!!!!!

256.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb. Still to go: 71.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.8 lb a week
