Thanks y'all! I'm feeling really positive and motivated and I feel like I owe it all to FS. I started on this journey of self love hoping to lose some weight but not really expecting it.

Way to go - it is working - I am so happy for you and GOOD ON YOU. It does so work - then further down the path - then you can look at trying to maintain your form while stopping the weight loss. Maintenance is the future - it is a new food plan - not a diet - it is an entire new way to view food energy. It is working for me and the maintenance part in the future is not something that I ever considered before. I am so happy for you. Good for you - and how is Steve ?

You can so eat the odd ice-cream cone - that is no biggie - as long as you count it - There is No need at all to deny your "Addictions" - I am "pumped up" at your success.
