aaaaahhhh it's coming off so slow!!!!!!!!!!!.....

....but i'm not going to dwell on it. i'm officially registered for the Air Force Half Marathon in September... and my training will only be increasing, so hopefully will my weight loss. the only problem i've been finding is that the longer runs i do, the more hungry i am all the time. i need to figure something out because i keep going over my points.

ANYWAY, hope everyone as a fab day... i'm going to stick to my points and make this one a winner!

169.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is awesome. I didn't think it was possible, but I trained for a half marathon and it is scheduled for this Saturday June 6th. I've been on weight watchers also and now only get 19 points. It does make a big difference when you train like that so I'm sure the weight will totally come off faster than you have experienced so far.

OKOKOK... I'll be the one to say it... ;) ... U need to eat more fiber!!! At LEAST 25g PER DAY! Fiber fills you up more, so you wont be so hungry. Also.. when you are training... you'll need more carbs.. for energy and in general! Allow yourself extra points on the days that you run.. u know the "activity points" Eat more WHOLE grains.. NOT enriched. Trader joes or Whole foods. Try to eat at least 1 source of Whole grain, or Whole Wheat per day... and also 1 apple or 1 orange every day... just these 2 will bring up your fiber intake. Fiber is HUGE... has a TON to do with your digestive system.. I think you are doing WONDERFUL and you have a GREAT attitude! and I hope my tips help you!

You DO earn activity points when you exercise. Those are there to use BECAUSE you do get hungrier the more calories you burn. And don't worry about it coming off slowly. At least it's coming off!!
