When you’re at a party do you carry your phone around and track every small bite? Or do you focus on a couple items and just eat/track those? I have trouble waiting for dinner when there’s delicious appetizers etc. I lost track and I didn’t do too terribly but can’t prove it was within limits.

Cindy… no, I just enjoy the party. I would be turned off and would immediately break up with my date (imaginary😂) if he logs everything on his phone at a party. This gain is nothing. You don’t party every day….
