My husband made a protein drink today, and I had one cup of it. It had orange juice from concentrate, 100% whey protein powder, and 2% milk. I didn't know how to log that into my food journal.
220.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 85.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
