I'm down 1.4 pounds from yesterday...WOO HOOOO!!!

I extended my morning bike to 8 miles so again, I hope it wasn't all water but I weigh in after my bike ride every morning so I can't see how this could be factor.

Since a high of 269.4 in September when I was a basket case, I've lost 29.2 pounds and 21.8 from my official start weight on here. I haven't been this weight since November of 2011. It was a great Thanksgiving that year.
240.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
