Hello and Happy Friday FS!

Down a tad! 💃 Changed my goal yesterday and will see what happens. I feel pretty darn good about where I’m at but do feel I could lose more. Whether it’s 12 pounds or so, I don’t know. Read the info / link re BMI provided by Erq1 (thank you again) that basically said my weight is ok where it’s at for my age, eat healthy and exercise, etc. But, I’m going to see where my body lands weight wise. I still feel positive about losing so I’m going to go for it! 💃 This is usually the time of year I start gaining so I really need to watch…it’s a slippery slope! Thanks for all of your support FS!
