I've gained a bit of weight but I'm happy because I feel like I've took back control and I'll be able to lose some weight in the coming week :)
I was gaining weight for about 2 or so weeks but I feel Iike I've plateaued now so I'm looking forward to getting back on track. I haven't had any takeaway in about a week and I've also found a gym near my apartment so I'm going to start that as well, I'm hoping to lose about 2 kg in October.
My birthday's in November so it'll be a nice birthday present to give to myself to get down to 70 :)
