Oops! But not surprising, I ate so much at dinner yesterday, and then, someone gave us a box of Belgian Chocolate, well I mean, OF COURSE, we ate them!
145.1 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
